ABSTRACT SUBMISSION AND REGISTRATION

The Workshop is now open for submitting Abstracts & Grant Application and registration. The Application form, Abstract and Registration form should be sent to the workshop email address:

If you intend to submit an Abstract, submit the Abstract & Grant Application Form with an Abstract (in word format) not exceeding 1 page.

The Grant application must include the Application form, a CV, a short motivation letter, and if available an Abstract. Preference will be given to applicants who also submit an Abstract.

Note that all participants should send in the Registration form. Thus participants with an Abstract and/or application for a Grant should submit the Abstracts & Grant Application + the Registration form. Participants without Abstract and do not apply for a Grant, need only to send the Registration form.

The number of participants is limited and in case of too many registrations preference will be given to participants who submit an Abstract or participants from target countries.

PARTICIPANTS & GRANTS

A number of grants to cover travel and accommodation is available for participants from the E&IA target countries (citizen or place of work). In addition to the invited experts and the participants from the target countries, the workshop is open to the international community who are willing to attend or present their work. A target group of the workshop is the young scientists from both academia and industry.

REGISTRATION FEE & FUNDING

There is no registration fee for the workshop. The refreshments at the coffee breaks, the lunches and the workshop dinner will be free of charge for all participants.

The travel costs of attendees with grant (economy flight + hotel + daily allowance) from the target countries will be reimbursed after the workshop. European Commission reserves the right to decide on the grants on a case by case basis depending on the available budget.
