POST WORKSHOP PROGRAMME
EURATOM/H2020 training
Participants of the JRC workshop are invited to take part on 14.6.2017 afternoon at NASU HQ in the EURATOM/H2020 technical training. Ms Merle Lust will present practical hints and tips on EURATOM/H2020 project preparation and Jacek Gajewski will share his experience on working with KINR on EURATOM project proposal EURROFORCE. Visit to Chernobyl
A one-day visit to the Chernobyl nuclear power plant is planned on the 15th of June. Please note that this tour is not included in the programme of the Workshop and has to be covered at you own cost.
Participants must fill in the "Form for Chernobyl Visit" and send it to the Workshop website. The visa to Chernobyl NPP is free of charge but participant need to pay an excursion fee (cost not yet known but quite low).The Excursion includes
- 1 hour visit inside the Object "Shelter"
- 1 hour Object "Pripyat" (History of ChNPP, technical details of Chernobyl Disaster, security measures, perspectives of ChNPP etc.)
- Departure from Kiev 7.00., Arrival Chernobyl 09-10:00
- Return form Chernobyl to Boryspil airport 14.00 p.m.) , Arrival to airport no later than 17.00
