The school is now over.
The registration fees for the school included
- Lectures at the IESC
- Accommodation in double or single rooms at the IESC or in shared apartment in Cargèse (20 min by foot from IESC) from Sunday evening to Saturday morning
- The bus transfer from Ajaccio airport to Cargèse on Sunday evening
- The bus transfer back to Ajaccio airport on Saturday morning
- Lunches
- Refreshments during coffee breaks
- A welcome drink
- Two social dinners
- An excursion to Piana on Wednesday afternoon
5 grants covering the registration fees were available.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the organizersIf travel and/or meetings are limited by the sanitary situation, the school will be held online. The cancellation of the on-site school will be announced as soon as possible. There will be no fee to attend the school online. Fees paid will be reimbursed.
Cancellation by the participant
If a participant wishes to cancel his/her application, he/she should send an email to: esnms2022[at]gmail.com as soon as possible. If the cancellation is made before October 5, no cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations after October 5, the full fee is due and if payment has been made, the fee will not be reimbursed.
Requests for a refund in the case of serious personal circumstances (e.g. illness, family emergency...) communicated before the start of the school will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting evidence will be requested.
