CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by the organizers
If travel and/or meetings are limited by the sanitary situation, the school will be held online. The cancellation of the on-site school will be announced as soon as possible and by the third week of October at the latest. There will be no fee to attend the school online. Fees paid will be reimbursed.

Cancellation by the participant
If a participant wishes to cancel his/her application, he/she should send an email to:

Requests for a refund in the case of serious personal circumstances (e.g. illness, family emergency...) communicated before the start of the school will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting evidence will be requested.
