For participants outside CEA, payment of the registration fees is possible only via bank transfer. CEA participants will pay through internal procedures.
The registration fees for the workshop are
No grant will be available to support financially the participation in the workshop.
The eligible participants from outside France can apply for financial support from the ENEN2+ project. Interested participants should apply as soon as possible to get the answer before the registration deadline.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the participant
Cancellations should be communicated to the organization committee as soon as possible before the registration deadline.
The fee will in general not be reimbursed once the payment has been made.
Requests for a refund in the case of serious personal circumstances (e.g. illness, family emergency...) communicated before the start of the workshop will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting evidence will be requested.
